KIM, Sangyoun
While studying Sociology at Yonsei University, he founded in 2005. He has worked as a cultural designer which range from game designer, magazine editor, marketing designer, brand developer, book store designer, café owner, print designer, interior designer, and exhibition designer. His research is focused on connectivity with urban manufacturing businesses and cultural connectivity with local characteristics which are relatively of less interest to people but essential in expressing culture and arts. He believes that self-regenerative power of culture and arts is a possibility for expressing economic values and social influence, and finds a need for a role to have culture and arts contribute to the society and industry as “cultural design”.
