After receiving her B.A. and M.A. in sculpture at the Seoul National University, Jin completed the integrated PhD program for Sociology at Yonsei University. After forming Art Collective ETC (Enterprise of Temporary Consensus) in 2012, Jin made non-daily interventions to cities and daily lives through ethnographic field research and interdisciplinary art forms for several years. She also participated in Landscape Architecture Korea as an external writer and published a monthly series on a topic of “11 ways art connects with cities”. More recently, she is focused on humanistic and ontologistic changes that go beyond species-species and nature-artificial distinction and is preparing for a mock creation of a party and a mock trial.
